Accessibility review
With the Australian Government’s Digital Service Standard (DSS) mandating that from 1 July 2025 all new and existing public-facing online services must meet Version 2.0 of the DSS, you might be wondering just how accessible your online service is.
And with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 under review, in the future you’re likely to need to prove that your online service is accessible, rather than the burden of proof being on the person making a complaint against your agency’s website.
Are you ready?
We can review your website to help you understand just how accessible (or not!) it is. For a low fixed price, it takes just 4 weeks to review, synthesis and report on our findings.
Benefits
- See how well your website is or isn’t conforming to accessibility standards
- Develop a roadmap for required remediation work
- Know how much budget you need for a full audit or ongoing accessibility governance
What it is
A fixed price expert review of your website for accessibility compliance in the following 4 areas:
- content
- UX design
- technical implementation
- graphic design.
Our process
Accessibility review
An expert in each of the 4 areas will review a selection of pages and files on your website to get an understanding of how accessible it is against the standards. Our graphic designer will also check the accessibility of your brand colours and fonts.
Research synthesis
We'll review our findings to identify the key accessibility compliance issues your online service is facing.
Accessibility report
We'll share our findings with you in a single report. As part of that report, we'll outline recommended next steps for improving accessibility to bring your online service up to standard.
