Interviews will be scheduled for a set amount of minutes. The interview will be ‘semi-structured’, meaning that the researchers have some topics they wish to explore with you. But the discussion will feel like a free-flowing conversation.
With your consent, we would like to audio record your interview so the project team can return to it for note-taking purposes.
The recording will be securely stored on True North Content’s protected servers. Data on computers will be password protected. No data will be stored directly on our researcher's hardware.
True North Content will share synthesised insights from the research with our client in the form of a report. This may include direct quotes and notes from the session.
Audio and transcribed notes from the session may be shared with relevant project team members. Your contributions may be identifiable to these team members, meaning that they may see your name and role. They will not be shared with anyone outside the team, such as with the public.
True North Content will securely store your data on protected servers. No data will be stored directly on our staff’s hardware.
